Clients:
First time clients should plan to
arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time in order to
fill out a brief questionnaire.
Hours:
Tuesday & Thursday 9:00am-7.00pm Wednesday & Friday 9:00am-6:00pm Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm
Reservations:
Although we recommend you call for
an appointment, some services are offered on a walk-in basis.
A credit card or gift certificate number is required to hold
appointments for spa packages, wedding services, and/or services
that require more than one technician.
Cancellations:
A 24 hour cancellation notice is requested.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment
time may result in a charge of 50% of the value of the service
being requested or 50% reduction in the value of your gift
certificate.
Refund Policy:
Our product return policy is in-store credit only. All make-up
is non-returnable.
